中原校長：凍漲學費 拿高教當犧牲品

（中央社記者陳至中台北17日電）中原大學校長張光正今天公開批評，藍綠兩黨為騙選票，拿高教當犧牲品，多年不讓大學漲學費。

對此，教育部次長陳德華表示，近期將找各大學開會，彙整對於調整學費的意見後，留待5月20日新政府上台後參考。

中原大學今天舉辦記者會宣傳「學士後數位音樂應用學士學位學程」，張光正致詞時主動批評學費凍漲政策，中原大學長達11年無法調整，「有天理嗎？」

張光正表示，中原大學平均一名學生一年的教育成本約新台幣15萬5000元，學費收入卻只有約10萬元，中間差了5萬5000元，教育部攤開雙手，要學校自己想辦法。

張光正說，中原大學學費多年凍漲，導致學校運作困難，但他依然鬥志昂然，四處募款因應，能交出現在這樣的成果，他引以為榮。

張光正直接向在場媒體喊話，「不要一直說台灣高學費。」對於經濟困難的學生，各校一直都有照顧措施，中原就多年來確保沒有任何一名學生因為經濟問題輟學。

張光正表示，一直凍漲學費，大學缺乏資源，辦學成效不佳，最終還是影響到學生。「入不敷出的大學，是公平正義嗎？」他呼籲朝野政黨都不要再搞民粹，不要只追求「俗又大碗」的高等教育。1050317
