博客來作者簡介博客來網路書局Barbara Barnouin holds a diploma from the Institute of Political Science in Paris, an MS from the University of Maryland and a PhD from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva, where she is currently a research fellow at the Asia Center (CRAM). The late Yu Changgen had worked with Zhou Enlai in the Foreign Ministry of China in the 60s and 70s. They are the co-authors of Ten Years of Turbulence: The Chinese Cultural Revolution and Chinese Foreign Policy During the Cultural Revolution.

台東森之風渡假村7月底標售 東部觀光土地開發再掀話題

各大飯店業者插旗宜蘭、花蓮、台東3縣市，掀起一波東部觀光標售潮，雖然陸客來台觀光人數似乎受到影響，但頂級度假飯店卻不受影響，位於台東太麻里鄉的3.6萬坪「台東森之風知本渡假村」土地將在7月底標售，東部觀光土地開發可望再成為熱門話題。

台東森之風知本渡假村土地是信義全球資產接受委託標售，土地面積36,226.68坪，為荒野段650地號等133筆土地，位於知本溪出口附近，周邊有知本溫泉、台東海洋深層水園區、20公頃沙灘等資源，擁有國際觀光飯店籌設許可，可規畫372間大型渡假套房、16棟villa，合計388套房。

全球資產表示，這一波東部觀光標售潮，短短3年間已累積成交54億元，其中知名台商王任生計畫開發旅館、商用不動產，陸續標購東部土地，台東就有2筆，再加上台灣飯店市場各項數據顯示，頂級度假飯店不受陸客人數影響，又有周邊餐飲、會議活動、婚宴婚攝等收入，獲利潛力極佳。

全球資產經理王維宏表示，近來開發許可爭議頗多，已具有相關開發計畫是相當難得的優勢，不但降低潛在開發風險，也可縮短開發時程，加上「森之風知本渡假村」土地，具備頂級度假飯店規模、風景、環境，目前第一期A區已領有建照，投資人得標後可立刻進行開發，規模及總價都是歷來之最，是市場上難得一見的飯店投資機會。
