豬細胞可移植人體？日有條件同意

關於使用動物臟器或細胞治療疾病的「異種移植」技術，日本厚生勞動省27日決議，在一定條件下，可以同意使用豬的細胞移植到糖尿病患者身上。



根據日本放送協會NHK於28日凌晨報導，日本厚生勞動省審議會於27日開會決議，關於「異種（不同物種）器官移植」，也就是為了治療疾病，使用動物的器官或細胞移植到人體內，由於無法否定動物身上的病毒可能導致人類感染的風險，因此目前在日本國內不得實施。



但是針對糖尿病的患者，把可以分泌降低血糖值的胰島素的豬器官、細胞移植至患者體內，國際上已持續有成功的案例，到目前為止，尚未出現感染豬隻病毒的報告。



因此，日本厚生勞動省在設定「移植患者終生定期檢查」、「移植紀錄保存30年」的條件下，決定在政策上同意於日本國內進行豬細胞之「異種器官移植」。



關於豬隻細胞的人體移植計畫，目前為止是由日本國內大學和藥廠進行的臨床研究，最快預計於3年後才會開始。厚生勞動省表示：「由於人體器官移植的捐贈者甚少，希望藉由異種器官移植，讓疾病治療能更前進一步。」
